Immunizations

Vaccines are given according to the recommended schedule provided by the American Academy of Pediatrics.

• 1 month – Hepatitis B 
• 2 months – DTaP/Hib/Polio (1 shot), Pneumococcal, Rotavirus (oral)
• 4 months – DTaP/Hib/Polio, Pneumococcal, Rotavirus
• 6 months – DTaP/Hib/Polio, Pneumococcal, Rotavirus
• 9 months – Hepatitis B
• 12 months – MMR, Varicella
• 15 months – Pneumococcal, Hepatitis A
• 18 months – DTaP/Hib/Polio
• 2 year - Hepatitis A
• 4 years – MMR, Varicella
• 5 years – DTaP/Polio 
• 11 years – Tdap, Meningococcal
• 12 years – HPV  (series of 2, 6-12 months apart)
• 16 years - Meningococcal
